Wilfried Nancy declared he had no concerns about the sack, maintaining, “I believe we are really close to a turnaround,” in the wake of moving dangerously close to being fired with a comprehensive loss to their arch-rivals.

“There were many, many good things that we did, like today again. The issue now is performing for 90 minutes. My narrative would change if it was not the case. That’s why I am convinced we’re going to be able to fix this.”

Röhl’s Cautious Response

Danny Röhl was cautious about a championship push in spite of what appeared to be a huge result. “We take it game by game, then we can really build up a challenge,” he said. “The confidence in the squad is outstanding.”
